Prepare by identifying findings in the documents
Having planned the review, the reviewers receive the review invitation, see an example here!
The reviewers read the instruction, and starts reviewing the documents. Findings can be registered either using Callis Reviewer web application or Callis Reviewer Word 2007 Add-In (if available).
Using the Word 2007 Add-In makes it possible to use Word 2007 as a front-end for easy registration of findings in Word documents. Using the review ID of the review, the reviewers connects the Add-In directly to the Callis Reviewer, and all relevant data about the actual review is loaded.
Reviewers can now mark parts in the document and create a finding by simply selecting "new finding" directly in MS Word. Just classify, write your comment and press save - and the findings is submitted to Callis Reviewer database. Page, line and section number, and the marked text are automatically extracted and included as part of the finding ensuring no errors in these registrations and high efficiency in findings reporting.
