Overview of review process

Callis Reviewer helps by automating and supporting the planning, preparation, conclusion, and follow up activities of a review.



  • Plan by setting up participant with roles and focus areas, documents, checklists to use, background material. An invitation to the specific review instance is generated to the participants.
  • Prepare by identifying, registering and categorizing your defects in accordance with your role and area of focus. Use either our web2.0 interface or report your findings directly from MS Word using our Callis Reviewer Word 2007 Add-In
  • Follow up by working your way through the findings, define actions and responsible. Conclude on each document and generate a nice and easy understandable review report
  • Plan on findings and actions by setting resolution and end review by recording if the correction of defects is verified.
