Reports overview

Callis Author generates a number of reports to help author and follow the process descriptions. Examples of reports are:

Process description for specific discipline	Process descriptions related to specific functional areas (disciplines) are generated as PDF files. The process description includes relevant policy, tasks, roles, guidelines, checklists etc for the selected discipline.
Process statistics	To give process authors a quick overview of progress and size of the process descriptions, Callis Author provides a number of metrics. This example shows the distribution between different description elements for the actual process description.
Process overview	The process overview report generates an overview of all tasks in the quality system sorted on discipline and task group. Each task is displayed using a row in the tables where the name, roles, input, outputs and an overview of the task step table action statements are presented.
Integrity check report	The integrity check makes it easy to check process descriptions for errors and mistakes like: No role assigned to task Task has no steps defined Artifact is not referred to from anywhere Please try to click on the blue numbers in the right side of the report. This will show which elements are detected for potential errors in process modelling. When activated from Callis Author these links will open the relevant description elements. The mechanism makes it easy and cost-effective to improve the consistency and quality of the process descriptions.
