The way we work
We manage our product development using a combination of road map planning and Scrum (if you need a good description of Scrum, check out the description here...
All features, requests and bugs (yes, software has bugs) are registered in our backlog and assigned to sprints/iteration. Normally, the length of a sprint is 4-6 weeks, but that varies depending on the functionality etc. We do plan our sprint according to 1) the needs of our existing customers and 2) our vision for our products.
All our active customers have access to latest versions of our products and we encourage our customers to upgrade to newest versions as soon as they become available. Of course, all our products will migrate customer data automatically. No one is left behind!
We are providing our customers with excellent service. Every time a customer needs training material, instructions, videos to support the use of your tools, we will produce these and make them available to all our customers.
