The core team

The core team at Callis is dedicated to handle:

Product management and ownership - understanding exactly how we bring the most value to our customers through our products, prioritizing features, and maintaining the roadmaps for future, frequent releases
Systems and software architecture - managing an architecture for a quickly growing system, making it possible to outsource components, making it possible for our customers to seamlessly upgrade to new versions of our products, to scale from 1 to 1000's of users, and at the same time quickly deliver new and "stable-as-a-rock" functionality
Software development, integration and test - Most of the functionality we provide through our products are developed in-house, and some components are outsourced to developers around the world. We decided to do this early on to stay competitive, to scale, and to be able to provide our customers with latest and greatest functionality as fast as possible - but putting the bits and pieces together and getting it to work is always the responsibility and work of the core team
